Yes. Many doctors offer video consults in addition to in-person visits. Check the doctor profile for available appointment types when you book.

Yes. DocLink works with verified physicians. Look for verification badges and review credentials, specialties, and patient ratings on each profile.

New patients can use code FIRST20 for 20% off their first visit, subject to eligibility and clinic participation. Enter the code at checkout when prompted.

DocLink uses HIPAA-aligned safeguards to protect your data. We only share information needed to complete your booking with the providers you choose.

Open your booking from the patient portal or confirmation email and follow the cancel/reschedule options. Policies may vary by clinic, so check the confirmation details.

Doctors can apply via Join as Doctor. Staff candidates with an invite code can apply through Join Our Team on the website.
